When I had the stroke I had all the warning sign on my right hand side. Their can be many risk factors but because I was young the problem was high blood pressure. The reason I had the stroke is that I had an AVM congenital disorder which caused a bleed and then I had the stroke.

Warning signs 

If someone has a stroke the warning signs are sudden:

• Numbness or weakness of face, arm or leg especially on one side of the body.

• Confusion, trouble speaking or understanding

• Trouble seeing in one or both eyes

• Trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination

• Severe headache with no known cause

Risk Factor

There can be many reasons if someone has a stroke. I only had the risk factor with the high blood pressure

• Smoking

• Diabetes

• High cholesterol

• Obesity

• Lack of exercise

• Heart disease

• Excessive use of alcohol
