I had a haemorrhage (internal bleeding) called a cerebral Arteriovenous
Malformation and because of that I had I stroke. It was a congenital
disorder of blood vessels with tangles of veins and arteries located in
left part of the brain. The haemorrhage was extensive - it was 6cm.
At the beginning my whole right hand side was paralysed. I couldn't
walk or use the right arm and my speech was gone. After the Vincent
Pallotti at the ICU, I move to the UCT Private Hospital for the
rehabilitation. I want people to realise that the fact that I am
writing again is unbelievable.
